It is just not desi compaanies, but small companies in general want to save every peenny and would like to extract more work and would not mind about ur status or legality but will just get their work done.
When you join desi company you have to deal with crap. Must be very careful while inbetween projects and make sure u don't accrue any bench time.

Then why not Lord Ganesha can be on a bottle. I think it acts more like a stop sign, a sort of warning label to all the habitual drinkers:
" Drinking and driving is hazardous to your health. Please exercise judgement"

I went to a wine shop and was shocked to see cartoon of Ganesha used on the bottle of India Pale Beer. I am not a religious person but this thing made me nervous. Please let me know how this can be protested.

I know at least one person ( US citizen) who decided to be on unemployment benefits rather than working even though he can find at least 2 jobs. He says it is better to be on unemployment benefit rather than working for the same amount of money.

I hope this lawsuit fails. Looking ahead this lawsuit, if it succeeds might do us more damage than good. Law of unintended consequences states that something can happen we haven't thought of.
Supposing, if lawsuit goes ahead and wins, one outcome might be - USCIS might start adhering to strict interpretation of 7% per country, or curtail spillovers drastically. Then we are in deep shit.

1) someone from mid-west or south-west. Basically the preference is for someone who is not within the drivable distance.
2) You also need to be registered for the advocacy day.
3) You also have to be willing to participate in the training and the 2 days of advocacy.
4) You need to PM me with your name and phone number and good time to reach. There is not much time to go back and forth on PM or emails.
Please note that number of tickets available for miles redemption would be less so we need to act fast.
