Happy Memorial Day

Today is Memorial Day

Dear Readers;

Today is the day that America stops to reflect on the sacrifices made by the men and women of its armed forces.  Many of whom have paid the ultimate price to give us the many freedoms that we enjoy.

To those of you that read this blog from many countries overseas and outside the United States, take this day to thank the troops of your countries who stand like Horatio on the bridge to protect us all.

I note too, that I have one daughter who has enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserves and she will report to basic on June 28th and another who starts college at Norwich University this Fall and who is in the Corps of Cadets.  She plans on entering the US Army ROTC or USMC ROTC program.

I thank them as well for their sense of duty.

Best Regards;

Man o' War
